This Cancellation Policy applies to all software subscriptions, digital products, and online services provided by Orinci Labs Pvt. Ltd.. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Using your account settings (where available).
• Contacting our support team via email.

Cancelling your subscription will stop future recurring billing, where applicable. However, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments already made. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

Access After Cancellation

Unless otherwise specified, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period.

• No further subscription charges will be applied after cancellation.
• You may subscribe again at any time by purchasing a new subscription.
• Any promotional pricing or discounts from a previous subscription may not be available upon re-subscription.

Cancellation by Orinci Labs Pvt. Ltd.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription without prior notice if:

• You violate our Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized payment activity is detected.
• Your account is involved in misuse, abuse, or activities that compromise the security or integrity of our platform.
• Continued access poses a security risk to our systems or other users.

Where reasonably possible, we will notify you before taking such action and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Policy Updates

Orinci Labs Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this page.
