At Orinci Labs Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing reliable software subscriptions and digital services. Since our products are delivered electronically and become accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are governed by the policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be approved in the following situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a payment processing error.
• Your payment was successful, but your subscription could not be activated because of a technical issue caused by Orinci Labs Pvt. Ltd., and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
• A refund is required under applicable laws or regulatory requirements.

Non-Refundable Purchases

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:

• The subscription has been successfully activated and access has been provided.
• You change your mind after purchasing the subscription.
• An incorrect subscription plan was selected during purchase.
• The subscription was not used during its validity period.
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity, third-party providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the payment date. Please include the following information:

• Order ID or Transaction ID
• Registered Email Address
• Your Name
• Reason for the refund request

Every refund request is reviewed individually by our support team before a decision is made.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
