• The subscription is linked to your registered Orinci account.
• Most subscriptions are activated immediately after payment.
• In certain cases, activation may take up to 24 hours due to payment verification, maintenance, or technical processing.

Delivery Method

All software subscriptions and digital services are delivered electronically through one or more of the following methods:

• Access through your Orinci user account.
• Email confirmation sent to your registered email address.
• Access through the Orinci online dashboard or portal.

No physical shipment or courier service is involved.

Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a payment confirmation via email or within your registered account. If you do not receive access or confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our platform. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, server maintenance, or unforeseen technical issues. We will make every reasonable effort to restore services as quickly as possible.
